A few weeks ago I was thrifting and found this beautifully done embroidered piece. This is a Cockatoo that is gracefully looking out while surrounded by flowers of both reds and pinks. The detailing is exquisite. The colors are worn out to vintage perfection. And how awesome is it that I
found this piece while in the midst of redecorating my bedroom?

I also found this beaut during one of my thrifting excursions. It's a Brahmin Classic Tuscan satchel. I'm a big fan of embossed crocodile so finding this was exciting. It had a little wear (which you would expect from anything second-hand) and it reeks of cigarettes (but I can deal). I hate lugging around purses so anything with a shoulder strap is my kind of purse! I'm looking forward to wearing this with my black cotton maxi skirt, a button up, and booties!

*Classic pieces means endless possibilities...

My Addiction. My Source. My High.

It's a constant gamble, I tell you.

Sources are local.

One trip after another,
I get my high.

This is how I feel when I walk into a second-hand store. I find the most unique (antique or not) pieces of clothing, jewelry, house decor and things. I always get the better end of the deal.

Pictures coming soon!
